Photograph Policy

• Photographing or any other imaging (digital, email, electronic, etc.) of its artifacts or archival material for either personal or business use is PROHIBITED.
• Copies and prints of LCHS material may be obtained for a fee.
• Photographic equipment is prohibited throughout the Library.

Reproductions

• Excerpts of prints from archival materials may be published/aired only after WRITTEN permission has been requested and granted by the Curator.
• LCHS must be credited in the publication/film/video/document if any archival materials are used.
• When permission is granted for commercial use of LCHS materials, the Society reserves the right to regulate the nature and limit of commercial use, to set fees and require copies be provided the archives.
